For questions regarding the Annual Meeting or the Board of Trustees election, please contact the Ashburn Farm Association Office at 703-729-6680 or email election@afhoa.net.
The Annual Election is one of the busiest times of the year in the Association Office. Each year, thousands of ballots are received prior to the election. Every ballot must be verified and counted carefully to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the election process.
We are seeking homeowner volunteers to assist during this important time. The Election Committee is made up of residents who commit to a two-hour shift on the evening of the Annual Election to help count ballots.
Date: April 7th, 2026
Time: 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Your participation helps ensure every vote is counted accurately and fairly — and we would truly appreciate your support!
If you’re available and interested in volunteering, please complete the Election Committee Form and email it to gm@afhoa.net, or stop by the Association Office at 21400 Windmill Drive to fill out a form in person.
Thank you for your time and willingness to assist with this important community event!
