BEGINNING ON July 28th the Association’s contractor will be performing asphalt maintenance throughout the community.
 
Work will take place on the following streets / parking lots: (Signs will be placed where parking is impacted).

• July 28th-31st- Milling / Overlay - Chokeberry Square & Southwind Terrace (No Parking)

 

• August 4th - 10th -Cracksealing within all sections (minimal impact to traffic, no parking restrictions).

 

• August 5th – Asphalt Patching- Patching will take place on various streets (signs will be placed in any area where parking is impacted).

 

• August 10th- Sealcoating / Striping – Cornerpost Square & Strawick Terrace. No Parking from 7am until lot is opened back up. (Generally 24-36 hours) All vehicles left after 7am will be towed.

 

• August 11th-Sealcoating / Striping – Postrail Square. No Parking from 7am until lot is opened back up. (Generally 24-36 hours) All vehicles left after 7am will be towed.

 

• August 12th- Sealcoating / Striping – Railstop Terrace, Coachhouse Square & Parlor Square. No Parking from 7am until lot is opened back up. (Generally 24-36 hours) All vehicles left after 7am will be towed.

 

• August 12th- Milling / Overlay- Stonebridge Drive. (No Parking).

 

• August 13th- Sealcoating / Striping – Vineland Terrace, Crocus Terrace, Wildflower Square, Stonebridge Drive. No Parking from 7am until lot is opened back up. (Generally 24-36 hours) All vehicles left after 7am will be towed.

 

• August 14th- Sealcoating / Striping –Clifton, Brightcrest, Walter, Daylily Terrace, Trout, Medley, Thurgood, Walshield, Fordham Terrace. No Parking from 7am until lot is opened back up. (Generally 24-36 hours) All vehicles left after 7am will be towed.

 

• August 17th- Sealcoating / Striping- Rush Run, Silver Queen, Alderleaf, Elkview, Tiltonsville, Hartsville, Crape Myrtle Terrace. No Parking from 7am until lot is opened back up. (Generally 24-36 hours) All vehicles left after 7am will be towed.

 
Each sealcoating section will close at 7:00 AM and will remain closed for 24 hours. Dry time is impacted by weather and may take longer on cloudy or cooler days or in areas with less sun exposure. Dominion Paving will remove the cones and caution tape when your street is ready to be used again. Please do not drive through wet sealcoating.
