FOR YOUR SAFETY!!!
Members and Guests using the pools do so at
their own risk.
Lifeguards are on duty to enforce Rules and
Regulations and to respond to emergencies. You are ultimately responsible for
the safety of your children and guests!
No lifeguards are on duty at the wading
pools.

When school is still in session the hours are
modified slightly: Windmill & Summerwood do not open until 4:00 p.m. and
Breezyhill does not open until 1:00 p.m. The pool closings times do not
change.

Pool ID pictures are
required for children 6 years and older. Children must
have their pool passes updated with a new picture every 3 years or
earlier. Adults are required to have updated photo id's if there is a significant change in appearance.
Memberships are not
transferable!
Ashburn
Farm Pool Members can purchase guest passes for $5.00 per person or $20.00 per card (which contains
4 guest
passes). These guest passes can be obtained at the pools (by
check only-no cash is accepted at any of the pools) or purchased
at the Association Office with cash.
Guest passes
must be purchased by a current pool member and are for
non-Ashburn Farm Residents only.
All Ashburn Farm residents
must have a pool membership to gain access to any of the pools.
Children 11 years or younger must be
accompanied and supervised by an adult or care provider at least 14 years old at
all times.

equipment or wheeled vehicles, except wheelchairs and strollers

NO DISPOSABLE DIAPERS.
Children not yet toilet trained must wear plastic pants or "Swimmies"
(swim diapers) under their bathing suits.

Children 11 years or
younger must be accompanied and supervised by an adult or care
provider at least 14 years old.

Pool members are
responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Children under 12 years
old must pass the Swim Test to use the diving boards and slide.
The Swim Test must be taken each year.

Parents are responsible
for the safety and conduct of all children in their care.
-
Pool membership
can be
temporarily suspended or revoked for failing to comply with the pool
rules.
Reasons for Pool
Closings
The pool area and deck must
remain clear for forty-five minutes after the last clap of thunder or
visible lightening.
For rain –
unless it is a hard rain (cannot see the bottom of deep end) or the
temperature is excessively cold, the pool should remain open.
In cases
where there are fecal and/or vomit accidents – the affected pool has to
cleared (closed) for 6 hours.
If for any other reason a pool
requires closing for emergency repair situations, a notice is posted on the
pool house doors.

Membership to the
Ashburn Farm pools is only available to Ashburn Farm residents.
No outside memberships are available. Membership fees are
optional and are not included in HOA assessments. The type of
memberships available are mentioned below. Photo id's are
required as specified.
Registration for pool
membership begins in the April timeframe each year. If you are a
previous pool member and have photo id's - the membership form, the pool
id's, and a check for the membership fee can be mailed to the Association
Office (when announced). Your photo id's will be stamped and sent back
to you via U.S. Mail.
If you are new to Ashburn Farm
and applying for a pool membership for the first time, or need a photo id
retaken due to a lost pass, etc. you must attend one of the registration
periods scheduled. If we do not have your information on file, you
will be asked to provide proof of residence in Ashburn Farm and the property
must be indicated as a rental in Association records. Renters
may need to provide a copy of their lease agreement if renting or leasing. The

General Membership -
$185.00 Per Year
Includes
up to 2 adults and children (ages 18 yrs. or under) per
household; a son or daughter who is a college student (up to 21
yrs.); children from a previous marriage. Additional adults
living in the household may be added for $60.00 per person. Ashburn Farm residents only.
Individual Membership -
$100.00 Per Year
Includes
(1) adult - 18 years or older, Ashburn Farm residents only.
Senior Membership - No
Charge
If you are 62 years or older by July 14th and an Ashburn Farm
Homeowner or renter.
Proof of age is required.
Restricted Member - No
Charge
This
membership is strictly for
nannies, au pairs, and full time child care
providers/babysitters. They can only use the pool while accompanying
resident children in their care. They cannot buy guest
passes. One restricted membership per household. The
person's name should be added to the General
Membership Form and a "restricted" picture id is provided.
Add $5.00 per
picture, per person, to replace or update picture id's (or $5.00 per household for new Memberships).
Lost ID replacement costs are
$5.00 for each lost
ID. New photos must be
taken.

No guest may be an
Ashburn Farm Resident. Ashburn Farm residents must have a
current and valid pool id.

Guest passes are
required for all guests 1 year or older.

older) may bring up to 5 guests.

A member 12-17 years of
age may bring up to 2 guests.
In cases where the Swim Team
has special use of the Summerwood Pool for an event - notices are posted
inside the pool house well in advance of the scheduled event.
