The Windmill Pool, located at 21400 Windmill Drive, can be rented by  Ashburn Farm Homeowners for private parties between the hours of 8:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.  All applications for pool rental must be submitted to the Association Office.

 

Only the Windmill Pool is available for rental after closing hours.  Breezyhill (Hay Road) and Summerwood (Golden Meadow Circle) are not available for rent.

 

Pricing

 

2008 Rental Pricing

 

$175.00 per hour for up to 100 people

$175.00 refundable security deposit

 

Checks should be made out to Ashburn Farm Association or "AFA".

 

Cancellation:

 

If the event is cancelled in 7 days or less from the date of the event, $50.00 of the security deposit will not be refunded and is considered a booking fee.

General Information:

  • Requests for pool rental must be submitted at least 2 weeks in advance of the event date. This allows time to make arrangements for Lifeguards, etc., A Photo ID (i.e., drivers license) must be presented at the time the request is submitted.

  • You must be 21 years or older to rent the pool.

  • You must be an Ashburn Farm Homeowner and have a Pool Membership updated for the current season.

  • A refundable security deposit of $175.00 (check only) is due at the time of booking. This deposit will be refunded after the Pool Manager makes an inspection and determines that no damages occurred during the scheduled event.

  • No smoking, No alcoholic beverages and NO intoxicants are allowed.

  • The maximum capacity allowed at Windmill Pool is 250 people.

  • The pool will be available 15 minutes prior to the reservation time.

  • A final guest list must be provided to the Association Office 48 hours prior to the rental.  Guests will sign in at the time of arrival and are not permitted to leave and re-enter for safety reasons.

  • All participants are bound by the established Ashburn Farm Pool rules.

  • Extra charges will be applied to parties where more than 100 people will be attending.  Call the Association Office or click on the "Rental Request Form" for additional information.
