2010 Pool Registration
Ashburn Farm will be using a new electronic system at all of our pools. The passes will now have bar codes that must be scanned upon arrival at any of our 3 pools. Therefore, ALL people wishing to use the pools must get a new pass this year. Membership will not be an additional charge, however stipulations apply as explained below.
Obtaining A Pool Membership
Homeowners
- Must be current on HOA dues and must not be accruing fines for
violations.
Must have a valid government issued photo ID
with current Ashburn Farm address.
Renters
- All HOA dues must be current and property must not be accruing fines for
violations.
People renting a property located in Ashburn
Farm must obtain a letter from the property’s Landlord stating he/she has
given the renter his/her pool membership.
Renter must also provide government issued
photo ID to prove residency.
Landlords
– Landlord of an Ashburn Farm property must decide whether to give up the
pool membership to the renter.
Landlords may keep their pool membership, but
please inform tenants of this decision.
Only one membership will be given per address.
In order to receive a pool pass, you will need
to bring your government issued ID, and home ownership in Ashburn Farm
will be verified in-office.
Membership will include all people living in the
residence.
People over age 18 must provide their own
government issued photo ID with the Ashburn Farm address.
Each household is also allowed one restricted
member not living in the household such as a nanny.
This person will only be allowed access to the
pools while caring for the member’s children.
The restricted membership is allowed for
families with at least one child under 12.
All members of the household over age 6 will
need to have a new pass made.
Children under 6 will be included on the
parent or guardian’s passes.
Pool passes are $5.00 per member.
Lost passes are $5.00 to replace.
Payment for passes must be cash or check.
All members coming in to get pictures done
before 4/30/2010* either by appointment or open registration will receive
4 free guest
passes.
Appointments can be made to come in on
weekdays between 10 am and 4 pm by calling (703) 729-6680.
There are no walk-in appointments.
There are also evening and weekend open
registration dates.

In order to have access to the pools Memorial Day
weekend, passes must be made by May 21st.
NO PASSES WILL BE MADE THE WEEK OF MAY 24TH
DUE TO PREPARATIONS FOR SUMMER KICK OFF.
Our guest passes are still going to be $5.00 per
person per visit.

Note: After the last registration date in June, registrations will be done at the Association Office on a standard schedule during office hours. That schedule will be posted in the near future.
