Capital Party Rentals
for Lake Room Users
There is a 10% discount for Ashburn Farm Homeowners who have a confirmed reservation to rent the Lake Room for an Event and need to rent tables, chairs, place settings, etc. for an event. Capital Party Rentals is discounting their prices 10% to Lake Room Rentals who use their company. All rented items must be delivered to the Association Office to obtain this discount. Damaged or missing rented items are not the responsibility of Ashburn Farm Association and restitution, if required, must be worked out with the Rental source.
