Steve Lubore (Elected for Term 4/07-4/09)
I am currently the Treasurer, web master, and member of the Board of Directors of the Park West Community Association in Fairfax where I own a townhouse occupied by my daughter. Immediately prior to moving to Ashburn, I served as President of the Manorgate HOA in Centreville and before that as Treasurer of the Cabell’s Mill HOA. I also served as the Secretary of the Western Fairfax Citizens Association (an organization of 31 HOA’s) and was an elected member of its Land Use Committee.
I worked at the MITRE Corporation and Mitretek Systems doing systems and business process engineering for Federal and state government agencies. Eleven years was spent in managing environmental and land use Studies.
My formal education consists of a PhD in Operations Research and two Masters Degrees in Management from Johns Hopkins University. I also hold a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Maryland University.
As an elected Board member, I will apply my skills and considerable HOA experience in helping Ashburn Farm retain its position as the TOP community in Loudoun County.
Board liaison to the Budget & Finance Committee.

resided with my wife Malinda and family in The Farm for over 15 years. I
was a the Vice Chairman of the Architectural Review Board and
Vice Chairman of the Open Committee. I am a tutor of mathematics for
seventh to 12th grade and college students.
