Marc Ripperger (Elected for Term 4/08-4/10)

I am currently the Secretary of the Board of Trustees and seeking your vote for re-election. I have lived here in Ashburn Farm for 15 years with my family.

Before I retired from the Insurance/Financial industry I held various management positions involving sales, financial planning and troubleshooting. I am also a veteran of the U.S. Army.

I have volunteered on various committees including the Open Space Committee where I was Chairman for 4 years. I served on the Architectural Review Board for almost 4 years and served as their Vice Chairman.

I’m currently a member of the Open Space Committee and have been involved in many projects including the Windmill Pavilion project.

I’m also on the Budget and Finance committee. Since I have been involved with the B&F committee, we have balance the budget successfully. I will continue to work hard on keeping our assessments to a minimum and make sure the budget is balanced.

I feel fortunate to be a part of this community and an active member on the committees. We have accomplished a tremendous amount of work and completed many projects over the course of the 12 years that I have been involved.

I believe that my knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm are a great asset to the Ashburn Farm community. I promise to work diligently to keep making improvements to our community, listen to the concerns of residents and strive towards keeping our community a wonderful place to live. Ashburn Farm is a great community to volunteer for.
