Painting (Exterior)

Repainting or re-staining a specific object to match its original color does not need approval.

Color changes apply not only to the house siding, but also to the doors, shutters, trim, roofing and other appurtenant structures.  Change of exterior color for both single family and townhomes should relate to and complement the colors of the houses in the immediate area.   Any change of color requires an Exterior Alteration Application.

Exception:  Houses in the Unique Neighborhood of Stonebridge, Crocus, Vineland and Wildflower must retain their original colors.
