Refer to the Ashburn Farm Covenants and Restrictions.  The Covenants state “ No motor vehicles shall be driven on pathways or common area, except such vehicles as are authorized by the Association as needed to maintain, repair, or improve the common area.”                                     

All motor vehicles, including, but not limited to, trail bikes, motorcycles, Segways, mopeds, dune buggies, and snow mobiles shall be driven only upon paved streets and parking lots.  Operation of such vehicles must comply with Loudoun County regulations and State Laws.
