Ashburn Farm Architectural Guidelines - Website Edition

Lawns

A lawn consists of narrow leaved green herbage, which is cultivated and is grown as grass.  It is uniform and consistent throughout.  Crabgrass and clover, to name a few, are considered a pest in lawns.  They have a different texture and color that interrupts the uniformity of a lawn and are undesirable and unattractive.

Lawns are not to be removed in their entirety; this applies to both the front and back yards.   Any alteration to the lawn landscaping requires the submission of an Exterior Alteration Application.
