Grills


 

Permanent grills should be placed behind the rear plane of the house and must not be located within ten (10) feet of the side and rear property lines. Permanent grills require an application and will be considered on a case-by-case basis. 

 

Application Requirements:

  • Exterior Alteration Application (EAA) filled out in its entirety. |Instructions| |EAA Form|

  • Site plan showing relation of the proposed permanent grill location to adjacent property lines, applicant’s house and adjacent houses.

       

Portable grills, when not in use, are NOT to be stored in the front or side yard. Safety precautions must be taken when using and storing grills.
