Objects
Approval
will be required for all exterior decorative objects, both natural and
man-made. Decorative objects will be considered based on their size, color,
scale, appropriateness with the surrounding area, and their visual impact of
adjoining lots and open space.
Exterior decorative objects include, but are not limited to, such
representative items as birdbaths, wagon wheels, sculptures, fountains,
ponds, stumps, driftwood piles, free standing poles of any type, and items
attached to approved structures. Bird feeders are to be placed in rear
yards.
