An application is required for replacement of front doors for both Single Family and Townhomes.

The entrance door on a single family or townhome should be of a color complementary to the style of the house and the existing colors on the house.  The color should also compliment the house colors of the surrounding properties.

Homeowners on Crocus Terrace, Stonebridge Drive, Vineland Square and Wildflower Square need to refer to "Unique Neighborhoods" for guidelines regarding Siding, Front Door and Garage Door colors.

Storm and screen doors should be straightforward and without ornamentation such as scallops, scrolls, imitation gate hinges, etc. and should be painted the same color as the entry door, the trim around the entry door, color of siding or shutters.

No application is required if the storm or screen door is a clear full view, clear half view, or plain paneled door which is the same color as the entry door, the trim around the entry door, color of siding or shutters.  See below for a description of full view, half view and plain paneled doors.  Other styles of storm doors will be considered on a case-by-case basis for compatibility with neighborhood and the house.  An application must be submitted for other styles.
