Chimneys must be masonry or enclosed in a material compatible
with the exterior of the house. If using brick, it must match any existing
brickwork on the house. Large metal flues must be painted to match the roof
color. Unpainted stainless steel chimney caps will be considered on a
case-by-case basis.
